高频彩色多普勒超声诊断精索静脉曲张的体会

摘　　要：目的探讨高频彩色多普勒超声对精索静脉曲张的诊断价值。方法对2007年2月～2010年6月期间在我院就诊的53例经高频彩色多普勒超声诊断为精索静脉曲张的患者作回顾性分析。结果根据曲张程度不同分三度：Ⅰ度12例，Ⅱ度32例，Ⅲ度9例。左侧精索静脉曲张46例，双侧精索静脉曲张7例。结论高频彩色多普勒超声在判断有否精索静脉曲张及嘶张的程度有着重要的价值，应作为检查精索静脉曲张的首选方法。Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of high frequency colored Doppler ultrasound to varicocle. Methods The data of 53 cases were retrospectively analyzed, who were diagnosed as varicocle by high frequency colored Doppler ultrasound in our hospital from February, 2007 to June, 2010. Results According to the different extents of varicose, three degrees were as follows： Degree Ⅰ 12 cases, Ⅱ 32 cases, Ⅲ 9 cases; Left side fme rope varicosity 46 cases, two-sided varicosity 7 cases. Conclusion H!gh frequency colored Doppler ultrasound has important value in diagnosis of varicocle and its degrees, which should be the first option for diagnosis ofvarieocle.
