摘 要:目的通过基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等影响血常规检测的因素,探讨影响其结果的准确性和可靠性以及对患者的诊断和治疗。方法通过使用真空采血管检测血常规,分析基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等各方面对检测结果的影响。结果基体材料及表面处理材料、附加剂的类型及状态、真空采血管管内负压大小等因素对检测结果的影响很大。结论正确选用真空采血管,把各方面影响因素对血常规检验的影响程度降到最低。Objective By the influencing factors on routine testing of blood of substrate material, surface treatment material, the type and status of additives and the size of the vacuum blood collection tube with negative pressure, to discuss accuracy and reliability of routine testing of blood result as well as the patients' diagnosis and treatment. Methods To analyze substrate material, surface treatment material, the type and status of additives and the size of the vacuum blood collection tube with negative pressure on routine testing of blood of using the vacuum blood collection tube. Results Substrate material, surface treatment material, the type and status of additives and the size of the vacuum blood collection tube have much influence on the testing of blood. Conclusion To choose the vacuum blood collection tube appropriately as to minimize the level of all the factors as possible.
