摘　　要：目的研究我院自制制剂岗梅感冒灵颗粒的制备、质量控制及其功效。方法确定我院组方组成和制备工艺,并按《中国药典》项下规定进行质量控制;对350例患有上呼吸道感染的患者分成两组进行治疗,其中175例采用我院制剂岗梅感冒灵颗粒治疗,以此观察该制剂的治疗功效。结果该组方配伍及制备工艺合理,质量可控;临床观察总有效率91.99%,未见明显不良反应。结论岗梅感冒灵颗粒制剂质量稳定,疗效确切,易于长期服用,值得临床推广。Objective To study the preparation, quality management and its effect of Gangmai ganmaoling granules made in our hospital. Methods To define prescription forms and preparation technology, control the quality according to the rules of Chinese Pharmacopoeia. 350 patients with upper respiratory infections were divided into two groups and treated, of which 175 patients were treated with Gangmei ganmaoling granules. Then the therapeutic efficacy of this preparation was observed. Results The prescription compatibility and preparation technology were reasonable, the quality could be controled, the totally clinical effective rate was 91.99%, and there were no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion The preparation＇s quality of Gangmei ganmaoling granules is stable and effetive for treatment. It is easy for long term usage and worthy of being widely used.
