摘 要:目的比较乌药不同炮制工艺有效成分的含量,确定最佳的炮制工艺。方法采用HPLC测定乌药不同炮制品中乌药内酯、乌药醚内酯、异乌药内酯及去甲异波尔定的含量,并比较不同炮制品有效成分的含量。结果乌药经炮制后,4种成分的含量均有不同程度的增加,总体而言,其含量的大小顺序为:微波炮制品﹥醋烘炮制品﹥醋炙乌药﹥酒炙乌药﹥盐炙乌药﹥乌药片。结论醋烘法和微波炮制法可作为乌药新的炮制工艺。Objective To investigate the content of active compositions of Radix Linderae in different processing technology, deter- mine the best processing technology of it. Methods Using the methods of HPLC to determine the content of linderalactone, linderane, isolin- deralactone and norisoboldine in different processing technology, compare with the changes of main active compositions in different process- ing sample. Results After being processed, the content of four kinds of active compositions in processed samples increased in varying de- grees, in general, the order of the content of four kinds of active compositions was microwave processed products 〉 processed sample baking with vinegar 〉 processed sample stir-baking with vinegar 〉 processed sample stir-baking with wine 〉 processed sample stir-baking with salt 〉 Radix Linderae. Conclusion The baking and microwave with vinegar can be used as the new processing method of Radix Linderae.
