摘  要:利用实验室无源效率刻度软件(LabSOCS)分析了样品形状、密度和成分对探测效率的影响,并计算给出了实验室γ谱仪探测效率与以上因子之间的关系。将LabSOCS计算的效率与标准体源刻度效率进行了比较,两者之间的相对偏差小于9%。对给定质量不同尺寸的圆柱状样品的γ探测效率进行了模拟计算,分析得到了砂土和空气样品的最佳几何尺寸;研究了高密度样品较强自吸收效应影响下,低能端和高能端射线在最佳制样尺寸下的探测效率变化趋势,最后对LabSOCS软件应用中应注意的问题提出了建议。Different shape, density, material and ingredient of samples were simulated with LabSOCS, and their influence to the detection efficiency was analyzed. The relationship formula between the efficiency and different density was fitted to efficiency emendation. The comparison of efficiency between LabSOCS and standard body source showed that the relative deviation of efficiency was less than 9%. Through the simulation to cylindrical sample of different size, the best size was gained of which the detection efficiency of soil and air was best. The variety tendency of effiency of the best size in low gamma - ray energy and high gamma - ray energy was also studied in the influence of self - absorption to high - density sambles. In the end some advice to the application of the software LabSOCS was given.
