摘 要:选取不用地区不同立地条件的5个品系欧美杨为原料,对其进行化学成分的分析,同时采集样品的近红外谱图,结合样品的化学测量值和谱图,用偏最小二乘法和完全交互验证方式建立各组分含量的近红外光谱模型。结果表明,综纤维素的校正模型和测量模型的相关系数分别为0.9555和0.9565,校正标准差和测量标准差分别为0.984和0.960;聚戊糖的校正模型和测量模型的相关系数分别为0.9391和0.8762,校正标准差和测量标准差分别为0.347和0.538;木素校正模型和测量模型的相关系数分别为0.9076和0.8847,校正标准差和测量标准差分别为0.364和0.425;苯醇抽出物校正模型和测量模型的相关系数分别为0.9106和0.8691,校正标准差和测量标准差分别为0.157和0.219;灰分的校正模型和测量模型的相关系数分别为0.9725和0.9083,校正标准差和测量标准差分别为0.0264和0.0471。说明各组分含量与近红外光谱数据间存在较好的相关性,可以应用近红外光谱分析法预测欧美杨化学组成。Five different families' Populus euramericana of different kinds of soil from three regions were chosen as materials,the analysis of chemical constituents was carried out. Near-infrared spectrogram of each sample was gathered, the raw spectra:were pretreated, then the NIR model was built by using partial least-squares statistical analysis and full cross validation. The main conclusions were as follows: the coefficients of correlation (R) of calibration and validation for holocellulose were 0.9555 and 0.9565 respectively; the standard error of calibration (SEC) and the standard error of prediction (SEP) were 0.984 and 0.960 respctively. For polymeric pentoses, the values for R of calibration and validation were 0.9391 and 0.8762, while the SEC and SEP were 0.347 and 0.538 respectively. For Klason lignin, the values for R of calibration and validation were 0.9076 and 0.8847 while the SEC and SEP were 0.364 and 0.425 respectively. For benzene-ethnol extract content, the values for R of calibration and validation were 0.9106 and 0.8691, while the SEC and SEP were 0.157 and 0.219 respectively. For ash content, the values for R of calibration and validation were 0.9725 and 0.9083, while the SEC and SEP were 0.0264 and 0.0471 respectively. This shows that there is a good correlation in the content of each component and the near infrared spectral data, and the properties of Populus euramericana can be predicted by near infrared spectroscopy.
