摘 要:以丙烯酸丁脂、丙烯酸异辛脂、苯乙烯等为主要单体制备的纸张防水剂,与聚乙烯醇、阳离子淀粉复配制备表面施胶液进行了表面施胶试验,并用渗透法和接触角法对纸张的防水性能进行测试,最后对纸张进行SEM电镜分析。结果表明:防水剂用量为0.8%,聚乙烯醇用量为2.0%,阳离子淀粉用量为1.5%复配制备的表面施胶液处理纸张后,显示出优异的疏水性能,同时纸张耐破指数、拉伸强度、撕裂度和耐折度等物理性能分别提高了78.2%、100.9%、50.0%和860%,但透气度降低了44.7%。A paper waterproof agent prepared by using butyl acrylate, isoctyl acrylate, styrene was composed with PVA, cationic starch to form a composite surface sizing agent, with which a surface-sizing test was carried out. The waterproof properties of paper surface-sized were mesured with infiltration method and contact angle method, then the paper sample was characterized by SEM. The results show that the paper surface-sized has excellent hydrophobic properties when the waterproof agent dosage is 0.8%, PVA dosage 2.0%, the cationic starch dosage 1.5%, with burst strength, tensile strength, tear resistance and folding endurance increased by 78.2%, 100.9%, 50.0%, 860% respectively whereas the permeability reduced by 44.7%.
