中浓磨浆对BCLK浆成纸物理及印刷性能的影响

摘　　要：通过对BCLK浆中浓磨浆、低浓磨浆对成纸印刷性能影响的对比实验研究,发现中浓磨浆对BCLK浆成纸的松厚度、不透明度和抗张指数等物理强度都有明显提高,从而提高了成纸在印刷中的吸墨性能、防透显性能和力学性能。A study on effects of paper printability contrast experiment between low consistency refining and medium consistency refining was introduced, It was found that paper made of BCLK refined in medium consistency has better bulk, opacity, air resistance, tensile strength, tearing strength and burst index than paper made of BCLK refined in low consistency. Furthermore, medium consistency refining makes paper have better ink absorbency, anti-print-through capability and mechanicaI properties in printing process.
