摘　　要：根据碱回收车间工艺,从系统配置、网络结构、自控方案、联锁保护等方面详细介绍了西门子PCS7过程控制系统在太阳纸业#2碱炉的应用。整个系统基于Profibus-DP现场总线,以西门子硬冗余的方式,利用工业以太网实现上位机和AS站之间的数据交换。通过应用表明,它是碱炉安全稳定运行的保证。According to the technology in recovery boiler plant, the successful application of SIEMENS process control system （PCS7） development platform in #2 recovery boiler in Sun Paper was described in detail. The description included system configuration, network structure, automation scheme, interlocking protection of control loop. The entire system was based on Profibus-DP field bus. In hardware redundancy of SIEMENS way, data exchange was conducted between the host computer system and the station by the way of industrial Ethernet. The application shows that the system is a safe and stable guarantee for recovery boiler.
