摘  要:从鳖等水生生物中分离及收集到11株致病性细菌,经全自动细菌仪鉴定为气单胞菌。采用Triton X-100法和Sarkosyl法提取其外膜蛋白(OMPs),进行SDS-PAGE电泳及聚类分析。结果表明,不同的提取方法对OMPs型有影响,Triton X-100法提取的菌株OMPs条带较多,分子质量范围在17 ku^100 ku之间,主要条带有5个,分子质量集中在75、62、45、36、20 ku左右,Sarkosyl法提取的菌株OMPs较少,分子质量范围在17 ku^75 ku之间,主要条带有2个,分子质量集中在354、6 ku左右。基于OMPs条带迁移率的差异,通过组间类平均法对气单胞菌进行了系统聚类分析,显示不同菌株在亲缘关系上的差异。11 strains of pathogenic bacteria were isolated and collected from aquatic animals,such as Trionyx sinensis.All of the strains were identified as Aeromonas sp.By VITEK-32.Outer membrane proteins(OMPs) of these strains were extracted by the method of Triton X-100 or Sarkosyl,and were analysed by SDS-PAGE and cluster method.The result showed that different extraction method effected the patterns of OMPs.The strains extracted by the method of Triton X-100 had many OMPs' laps between 17 and 100 ku,which had 5 main laps,the molecular weights were about 75,62,45,36,20 ku,respectively.The OMPs' laps extracted by the method of Sarkosyl were less than that extracted by the method of Triton X-100 between 17 and 75 ku,and which had only 2 main laps at about 35 and 46 ku.Based on the different mobility,the cluster analysis by the method of avarage between groups showed difference between different population of strains.
