川楝素对妊娠小鼠子宫组织中CD4^+/CD8^+T细胞和F4/80^+巨噬细胞的影响

摘　　要：为探讨CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞和F4/80+巨噬细胞在流产发生机制中的意义,研究中药单体成分川楝素诱导小鼠流产的作用及机理,本试验给妊娠5 d小鼠连续3 d腹腔注射不同剂量的川楝素溶液,对照组以等量的蒸馏水代替,于妊娠9 d处死。在给药后发现随着注射川楝素剂量的增加,小鼠的流产率逐渐上升,CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞和F4/80+巨噬细胞数量显著增加,CD4+/CD8+T细胞比值上升,与对照组比较,差异显著(P<0.05)。表明川楝素诱导小鼠妊娠失败与大量免疫细胞侵入子宫有密切关系。The experiment was conducted to explore the abortion effect and mechanism induced by Chinese herbal medicine component toosendanin,and study the T CD4＋,CD8＋ T lymphocytes and F4/80＋ macrophages in the significance of abortion mechanism.The pregnant mice were injected intraperitoneaslly by different doses of toosendanin at day 5,6,7.CD4＋,CD8＋ T lymphocytes and F4/80＋ macrophages were tested by immunohistochemistry.The data suggested that injection of toosendain could gradually increase the mice＇s abortion rate.After injecting toosendanin,CD4＋,CD8＋ T lymphocytes and F4/80＋ macrophages increased significantly,the CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio increased as well.In conclusion,The abortion induced by toosendanin in mice was closely realated to the increased contents of immunocytes in uterus.
