摘　　要：卡拉洛尔(carazolol)是一种β肾上腺素受体阻断剂,由于其毒性小,疗效确实,国外兽医临床中常用于消除动物紧张,特别在运输过程中用于防止因应激导致的突然死亡。欧盟规定卡拉洛尔在猪肾脏和肌肉组织中的最大残留限量(MRLs)分别为25μg/kg和5μg/kg,但国内尚未规定该药物的最大残留限量,也未建立该药物的残留检测方法。论文就国外卡拉洛尔的临床应用、药理作用、药物动力学、组织残留研究以及检测方法进行综述,为国内动物临床用药提供参考,也为建立该药的残留检测方法提供依据。Carazolol is a beta-adrenoceptor blocking agent primarily used in animals to prevent sudden death due to stress during transport because of its higher efficiency and lower toxicity.EU（European Union） has set maximum residue limits of carazolol as 25 μg/kg in porcine kidney and 5 μg/kg in porcine muscle.However,the maximum residue limits and the detecting methods of carazolol have not been set in our country.The paper reviewed the clinical applications,pharmacological effects,pharmacokinetics,tissue residues and detecting methods of carazolol overseas,so it can provide the reasonable basis for the domestic clinical applications and setting the detecting methods of carazolol in the future.
