摘  要:在植物体细胞胚发生过程中,体细胞转变为胚性细胞是细胞分化的转折点,因此对胚性细胞分化的研究是十分重要的。为此,本研究以枸杞胚性细胞的分化和发育早期为重点,用半薄切片定位,进行超薄切片,以观察胚性细胞超微结构的特点。结果表明:(1)枸杞的胚性细胞多由愈伤组织表层的薄壁细胞分化而来;愈伤组织中未分化的细胞体积大,细胞壁薄,形状不规则,一般都具有中央大液泡,核小,细胞质少,细胞器少。(2)胚性细胞呈卵圆形,细胞核大,核仁明显,细胞质浓厚并含有丰富的细胞器。(3)胚性细胞发育到晚期,细胞壁加厚,胞间连丝逐渐消失,细胞核向一端偏移,有大液泡形成。(4)胚性细胞的第一次分裂多为均等分裂,形成二细胞原胚,继续分裂,发育形成多细胞原胚。组成多细胞原胚胚体的细胞核大,核形状不规则,细胞质浓厚,细胞器丰富,在质体中出现淀粉积累。It was an important turning point of cell differentiation to transform somatic cell into embryonic cell during somatic embryogenesis of plant. It was,therefore,very important to study cell differentiation of embryonic cell. In view of this,the subject of this study is Lycium barbarum L.during its early stage of embryonic cell,the differentiation and development of it is described the ultrastructural characteristic. The results indicated (1) Embryonic cell of Lycium barbarum L.mostly come from the parenchyma cells of callus epiderm. In callus undifferentiation cells were bulky,irregular,thin walls,a small nucleus,a few cytoplasm and so on.(2) Embryonic cells were egg in shape,had a large nucleus,dense cytoplasm and rich organelle content.(3) Late embryonic cells which thickened cell wall,disappeared plasmodesmate,deviated nucleus and formed large vacuole. (4) The first division of embryonic cells in which bicellular stage were formed was mostly equal. When bicellular stage continuously broke up into multi\|cellular stage,the cells of embryo had a large nucleus,the nucleus were irregular in shape,dense cytoplasm,rich organelle and starch accumulation. 
