摘 要:分析了回收ABS树脂在使用过程中的老化机理,老化导致了橡胶相的损失、分子量的降低和相分离,表现为抗冲性能大幅下降,拉伸强度、弯曲模量及热变形温度和耐候性均有一定程度的下降。基于此,提出了高胶粉/无机纳米粒子复合改性方案,添加5%~8%的高胶粉和2%~3%无机纳米粒子,可以大幅提升回收ABS树脂的韧性,同时兼顾了材料的刚性和强度以及耐热性能。最后研究了回收ABS树脂的性能的持效性,提出了复合耐候性防护体系,实现了回收ABS树脂性能的综合提升。The aging mechanism of ABS resin was analyzed,which leaded to the loss of rubber phase,decrease of molecular weight and phase separation,and it showed a substantial drop in impact strength,and a decrease to some extent in tensile strength,flexural modulus,heat distortion temperature and weather resistance.A solution to improve property of recycled ABS was proposed that the composite system of ABS rubber powder/inorganic nanometer particle was used.With the addition of 5%~8% of ABS rubber powder and 2%~3% of the inorganic nano-particles,the toughness of recycled ABS resin could be significantly improved,while balancing the material′s stiffness,strength and heat resistance.Also the property persistence of recycled ABS was examined and a composite system for weather resistance was proposed.Through these solutions,the synthesized properties of recycled ABS could be improved,which met the need of resin application.
