摘　　要：分析了涂装过程中影响涂层质量的车身结构,并对这些结构进行了分类;重点分析了车身产生锈蚀的原因及相应后果,并结合实践经验,对车身设计过程中典型结构的防锈处理进行了论述。Body structure that making influence of coat quality in painting process were analyzed,and the structure were classified;The reason and the effect of the body rust was analyzed.And then discussed the antirust treatment of typical structure in body design,combining with the experience in practice.
