摘　　要：根据多年从事高校学术期刊编辑工作实践和理论思考,从新建本科院校及学报实际出发,对新建本科院校学报发展策略进行了思考,提出新建本科院校学报应该立足学校学科建设构建专业学科特色栏目、立足地方历史文化积淀创建地方特色栏目、捕捉社会文化热点和焦点创建文化特色栏目等特色化发展之路。According to many years＇ working practice and theoretical thinking of editorial work in academic journals,and from the perspective of the reality in the journals of the newly established colleges,thoughts on the strategies of developing the journals of newly established colleges are put forward that they should go on the road of development with such special features as basing upon college disciplines＇ construction for the construction of major disciplines,basing upon local historical accumulations for the creation of local columns with special features,capturing the focus and hot spots of social culture for the creation of columns with cultural features.
