摘 要:测试并分析讨论了玻璃纤维纱线的断裂强度、断裂伸长率、断裂功、接结强度和摩擦等力学性质.结果表明,与普通纱线相比,玻璃纤维纱线的强度大、延伸性差,即纱线的脆性大;打结、钩结等弯曲拉伸时,玻璃纤维纱线的强度远比其直拉强度低,弯曲应力对玻璃纤维纱线强度的影响很大;玻璃纤维纱线摩断的摩擦次数与纱线张力直线相关,有时很低的摩擦张力也会使纱线表面的纤维断裂,形成毛羽,导致纱线损伤.The tensile strength, elongation at break, fracture work, stitching strength and fraction property of the glass fiber were tested and analyzed. The results showed that, the strength of the glass fiber is stronger than common yarns, but the extensibility is comparatively poor, and the strength of the glass fiber is far lower when it is stretched straightly than that when it is stretched bended ( stitched or hooked). It is indicated that the bending stress affects the strength of the glass fiber yam gready. The effect of fracture work is progressive, but the fiber on the surface would be broken under the lower tension, then hairiness is formed and the yam is damaged.
