摘　　要：MINIX操作系统最初是用于教学的一种类UNIX操作系统.随着MINIX系统的版本发展到MINIX3,系统架构相对于最初的版本有了根本的变化,功能也不断增强,已经有许多的应用软件移植到了MINIX3操作系统上.分析了MINIX3操作系统所采用的微内核架构,对比了微内核架构的操作系统与传统宏内核架构的操作系统之间的优缺点,也讨论了MINIX3操作系统的引导加载过程.MINIX Operating system was originally developed for teaching. With its development to MINIX3, the architecture of the operating system is totally different with the former one, and the function of the operating system is expanded. Nowadays, more and more application softwares were ported to this system. This study introduced the microkernel architecture from which MINIX3 was developed, and then the MINIX3 boot process is analyzed.
