摘  要:基于燃烧、爆炸及其空气动力学理论,叙述了管道内瓦斯爆炸的数学物理模型,借助流体动力学软件Fluent对均匀充满9.5%浓度瓦斯气体的18m×200mm二维管道进行了数值模拟研究,得到爆炸反应过程中各特征参数的变化情况,并对瓦斯爆炸火焰发展及传播规律进行了分析,可以直观地观察到瓦斯爆炸火焰初期、发展、加速及其后期爆炸结束整个过程的变化情况,为瓦斯爆炸传播过程分析及瓦斯爆炸事故预防和后果分析提供了一定的参考作用.Based on the theories of combustion, explosion and aerodynamics, the mathematical and physical model of gas explosion in the pipe is described. Moreover, the 18 m×200 mm two-dimensional pipe fulfilled with 9.5% concentration of gas has been studied with the Fluent software. The variation of each parameter during the reaction process of gas explosion has been gained. Meanwhile, the developing and propagation law of the flame is analyzed. The numerical simulation clearly shows the whole process of gas explosion, raging from the initial stage, the development stage, the accelerating stage and finally to the termination. These would provide some significant references for analyzing the propagation procedures of gas explosion, preventing the explosion accident and assessing the consequences.
