摘  要:围岩分级是评价隧道掌子面稳定的基础.由于地质条件的复杂多变,使公路隧道的围岩级别在勘察设计阶段与实际施工阶段存在较大差异,这就需要在施工期间对围岩级别进行核定.通过对断面进行超前预报和现场力学性质测试,修正了设计围岩级别,并通过对现场监控量测数据的统计和对比分析,得出IV级、V级围岩周边收敛和拱顶下沉的取值范围,评价了隧道已优化结构的稳定性,验证了超前预报的正确性,降低了工程造价,真正做到因地制宜、经济合理地进行隧道开挖和围岩支护.The classification of surrounding rock is the base of stability evaluation of tunnel heading. Due to the complicated geological conditions, the classification of surrounding rock of highway tunnel in the stage of reconnaissance and design is much different from that in the construction process, which requires check classification of surrounding rock during construction period. Through the advanced prediction and field testing of ZK117 + 652 sections, we can fix and design the level of surrounding rock in the paper. And through the on-site monitoring data of statistics and comparative analysis, we can get numeric area on surrounding convergence and crown settlement of IV and V surrounding rocks and evaluating the tunnel structure stability. It can verify the correctness of the advanced prediction, which can reduce the construction cost. It provides a reasonable and economic means for the tunnel excavation and rock support according to the local conditions.
