摘  要:为合理开发湘西地区煤炭资源,采用热重分析仪和配煤技术对该地区具有代表性的煤种进行了燃烧性能评价和动力学参数分析.研究结果表明:随着煤的干燥无灰基Vdaf含量的增加,煤的动力学表观活化能E呈下降趋势,煤的燃烧性能顺序为:三湘(SX)>凯里(KL)>顺发(SF)>半坡(BP).配煤优化了单种煤的燃烧性能:半坡煤分别与三湘、顺发、凯里以50%比例配合,表观活化能E降低了15.9%,3.48%和21.26%,燃烧特性指数P提高了19.4%,7.46%和11.94%;降低了半坡煤的着火温度和燃烬温度,顺发、凯利煤的最大燃烧速率分别提高了10.1%和33.4%.Typical coals and coals blended with them were studied by thermal-gravimentric analysis technique in combustion performance indexes and kinetic parameters aspects for coal reasonable use in Xiangxi region. The results of the study indicated that: as Vdaf increased, Kinetic parameter E decreased, the order of coal combustion performance was Sanxiang(SX)Kaili(KL)Shunfa(SF)Banpo(BP).Blended coal technique improved combustion characteristics of typical coals: blending Banpo with Sanxiang, Kaili, Shunfawith the proportion to 50%, Kinetic parameter E and Combustion performance index P were altered by 15.9%, 3.48%, 21.26% and 19.4%, 7.46%, 11.94% severally; Ignition temperature and burning-out temperature of Banpo was dropped, maximum combustion rates of Shunfa and Kaili were increased by 10.1% and 33.4% respectively.
