摘 要:通过大田小区试验,测定了5个供氮水平处理下,两个品种水稻完全展开的倒一叶和倒三叶在不同发育时期的高光谱吸收率及对应叶片的叶绿素含量,分析了叶片光谱吸收率及其与叶绿素含量的相关性并建立了回归模型。结果表明:水稻叶片在红外区域有弱吸收,从紫光到橙光区域有强吸收。叶绿素a与吸收光谱间不具显著相关性,叶绿素b与吸收光谱有显著的相关性,这说明可以用合适的高光谱吸收率来估算杂交水稻叶片的叶绿素含量。The hyperspectral absorptance of the first and the third unfolding leaf from the top of two hybrid rice varieties were measured by a AvaSpec-2048FT-SPU in field under 5 nitrogen levels at different development stages.The chlorophyll contents of leaves corresponding to the spectra were determined by biochemical method.The correlation between the chlorophyll contents and hyperspectral absorptance of hybrid rice were analyzed and regression models are buitl.The results showed that there existed 'weak absorption' phenomena in red range and 'strong absorption' from violet light to orange light for hybrid rice leaves.the chlorophyll b contents of leaves were very significantly correlative to the hyperspectral absorptance,conversely,the chlorophyll a contents was insignificantly correlative to the hyperspectral absorptance,indicating that right hyperspectral absorptance may be used to estimate the chlorophyll contents of hybrid rice leaf
