中草药对紫羊茅愈伤组织生长和分化的影响

摘　　要：通过27种中草药对紫羊茅愈伤组织的质量增加、生长及分化的影响研究。结果表明,大多数中草药(2/3以上)在质量浓度2mg/L时对愈伤组织质量增加无不良影响,甚至还有促进作用,部分中草药有抑制作用,其中黄连抑制效果最强;随着中草药质量浓度的增加,愈伤组织分化率提高,但褐化加重,适宜促进生长和分化的质量浓度在5mg/L以内;质量浓度小于10mg/L,几乎所有愈伤组织都表现出不同程度的褐化,并且生长受到明显的抑制,但仍具有促分化作用。Effects of 27 kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on callus growth and differentiation of Red Fescue are studied.The results show that the majority of Chinese herb used in the test （about 2/3） at a concentration of 2 mg/L have not bad affect and even have some promotion on callus weight.Some of Chinese herbal have inhibition to the callus,and among them Golden Thread is the strongest.The rate of the callus differentiation increases with the increasing concentration of Chinese herb,but browning aggravated.The appropriate concentration for promoting growth and differentiation is 5 mg/L or less.In the concentration of 10 mg/L,almost all the callus present browning at different levels,and their growth is significantly inhibited,whereas the differentiating still promote.
