摘　　要：大学生创新能力的培养对国家建设创新型国家具有重要意义。文章以南昌航空大学"三小"科技活动来探索大学生创新能力的培养,提出在校大学生创新能力的培养应在发挥教师催化剂作用,学生团队能力培养和学校涵养学生创新品质等方面作出努力。The cultivation of students＇ innovation is important for the country to realize its own innovation.The article studies the cultivation of students＇ innovation on the basis of ＂jumps technology activity to explore＂ in Nanchang Aviation University.It puts forward that the cultivation of students innovation skills should lie in the teachers,training on students＇ team ability and quality of the school.
