医学生心理障碍原因分析及对策

摘　　要：医学职业特点决定了对医学学生道德素质和心理素质的要求比一般大学生更高,因为他们的心理健康程度不仅影响自己,更会涉及工作中对无数病人的影响。医学学生由于学制长、学习负担重,就业面相对较窄,容易诱发一系列的心理问题。弄清楚学生产生心理障碍的原因并根据大学生的不同特点,利用多种方式和手段,努力提高医科生的心身健康水平,改善不良心理状况,对于培养21世纪合格的医学人才具有重要的意义。The characteristics of medical profession have predetermined the comparatively higher requirements for medical students in terms of moral standards and mental adaptation.This is largely due to the fact that their mental status will not only affect themselves,but also have an influence on the patients they are dealing with.The medical students tend to develop a series of mental problems in the face of greater length of schooling,heavier burdens of study and fiercer competition in job hunting.Thus it is of much significance to have a full understanding of the cause of mental handicap among medical students,and thereon to make use of all ways and means to remove negative mental effects and improve their psychosomatic health level,which will ultimately qualify them for the medical profession in the 21st century.
