摘　　要：随着社会的发展和现代化办公的普及,留给人们呼吸新鲜空气和运动的空间越来越少,这就使得大家越来越倾向于户外运动。大学是大家接触体育技巧、学习户外知识的黄金时期,因此体育老师在大学生体育教学中,向学生渗透户外知识与技巧,以及户外应急措施是十分必要的。With the development of society and the popularity of the modern office,leaving people breathe fresh air and exercise space less and less,which makes you more and more incline to outdoor sports.University education is also the best time for people to study sports skills and learn outdoor knowledge.Therefore,the athletics teacher in college physical education,the students to penetrate outdoor knowledge and the skill,and outdoor emergency measures is essential.
