摘　　要：科学发展观实际上是用科学的方法去发展,去做好各项工作。本文主要从一个程序、三个服务、四种能力、全方位细节几方面阐述如何运用科学发展观指导办公。Scientific outlook of development is a scientific way to develop and to work.In this paper the author tries to analyze how to work efficiently from working procedure,service attitude and details in the work in the way of the scientific outlook of development.
