摘　　要：建立军民一体化保障体系不但具有重要的理论价值,更具有积极的现实指导意义,不但可以调整和完善我国现行的军械物资保障体系、优化配置军内外保障资源,更重要的是其在平时能够为促进我国经济发展,在战时能为我国取得战争的主动权乃至夺取战争的胜利提供强有力的保障。The integration of military and civilian security system not only has important theoretical value,but also has positive and practical significance,not only can adjust and improve military equipment and materials of the existing security system,and optimal allocation of military and civilian support resources.
