摘　　要：滩海油田开发中海上工程系统的选用,必须以开发方案为基础和主导,并综合考虑海洋环境、油藏条件、开发阶段等多方面因素,通过总体优化和比选加以确定。概述了在概念性方案阶段、试采和早期生产阶段、规模建设阶段可供海上工程系统选用的海上工程系统模式。对于环境敏感的滩海地区,在选择和确定海上工程系统方案时,应严格依据有关海洋环境法规,慎重选择海上工程系统构筑物的类型,控制海上构筑物的规模,优化构筑物的结构,减少大规模的海上施工。文中还列举了国内外的成功案例。Taking development plan as the groundwork,and comprehensively considering the marine environment,reservoir conditions,development stages and other factors,the marine engineering system of beach oil field development was established according to overall optimization and comparison.The marine engineering system modes of the conceptual plan stage,the pilot production and early production stage,and the scale construction stage were summarized.For the environmentally sensitive beach area,in the selection and determination of the marine engineering system plan,the laws and regulations related to the marine environment should be followed,the types of the structures for the marine engineering system should be carefully selected,the scale of marine structures should be controlled,the marine structures should be optimized,and the large amount of field marine construction work should be reduced.Successful cases at home and abroad were also put forward.
