辽河油田原油限产相关问题研究

摘　　要：基于国际原油价格大幅下跌以及全球经济下滑的背景,研究辽河油田原油生产不同的限产方案。在确保管道安全运输的前提下,从辽河油田原油生产、输油管道运输以及相关炼化企业生产等一体化运行出发,提出了年限产50万t、100万t、170万t等不同的限产方案。详细论述了各限产方案的不同原油配置,并对各限产方案下油田和炼化企业的经济效益进行了评估。指出在原油价格相同时,限产量越少,辽河油田和炼化企业经济效益越好(或亏损越小)。Based on the international background of the significant decline in crude oil prices and global economic downturn,different programs about oil production restriction in Liaohe oilfield were researched.On the premise of safe transportation,based on the integration of oil production,pipelining,and refining of Liaohe crude oil,three production restriction programs of 50×104t/a,100×104t/a,and 170×104t/a respectively were proposed.Different configurations of crude oil for different programs were described in detail.The economic efficiency of Liaohe oilfield and refineries was evaluated.It was concluded that at the same crude oil price,the less the restriction production was,the better the economic benefits(or less deficit)would get.
