摘　　要：As the adverseness of inflation , deflation, same as the inflation, has different types .The quality and the effectiveness of anti - deflation policy are decided by such differences ofdeflation. Therefore, the pre - condition of implementing of anti - deflation policy is to correctly identify the type of deflation. In this article, on the basis of giving the analysis method and the definition of the deflation, the author presented the countermeasure of anti -deflation by clarifying the type of deflation and analyzing the current monetary situation in China.As the adverseness of inflation , deflation, same as the inflation, has different types .The quality and the effectiveness of anti - deflation policy are decided by such differences ofdeflation.
