摘　　要：本文在介绍、分析江西气候及其对牧草、奶牛生产的影响的基础上较为详尽地介绍了江西奶业发展现状与发展趋势,并就江西奶业快速发展转型中存在的问题进行了分析,同时就江西奶业可持续发展提出了对策。Current situation and development tendency of Jiangxi milk industry was introduced on the base of analyzing effect of climate on forage grass production and cow performance. Some problems produced in transitional period of milk industry rapid expansion were analysed. Meanwhile, countermeasures for sustainable development of Jiangxi milk industry were also presented.
