摘　　要：目的观察OsteoSet在修复跟骨骨折中的临床疗效及不良反应。方法跟骨骨折24例,CT平扫,术中用钢板固定,应用OsteoSet修复骨缺损。结果随访5~13（9.63±2.54）个月,按Maryland评分标准优良达87.5%;所有患者均未见不良全身反应及局部反应。结论应用OsteoSet修复跟骨骨折安全可靠,效果满意。Objective To observe the efficacy and side effects of ssteo set in the treatment of calcaneus fracture.Methods 24 cases of calcaneus fractures were treated with plate fixation and asteoSet implantation for repairing the bone defects.Results All cases were followed up for 5～13（9.63±2.54）months.According to Maryland evaluation system,the excellent and good rate was 90.5%.No side effect or local irritation was found.Conclusion Application of OsteoSet is safe,reliable and effective in the treatment of calcaneus fracture.
