摘　　要：以唐山地区为例,介绍峰谷电价政策在该地区的执行范围显著扩大,价格杠杆作用及转移高峰负荷作用明显。该地区执行峰谷电价后,降低了用户用电成本,提高了电网经济运行水平,减少或延缓了电源及电网投资,产生了良好的综合效益。Taking Tangshan area as an example,it is introduced that peak and valley price policy implementation scope in the region is expanded significantly,price leverage and peak load shifting effect is obvious.After the implementation of peak and valley electricity price in the region,the users’ electricity cost is reduced and economic operation level of power grid is improved,the power supply sources and power grid investment is reduced or delayed,which makes a good overall efficiency result.
