摘　　要：在严格依据国家法律法规、电力行业管理规程与技术标准的基础上,开展电能计量管理工作,通过对电能计量技术机构、设备、人员的全方位、全过程管理,理顺电能计量争议处理流程,最终达到保证电能量计量的准确、可靠,确保电能计量装置争议得到有效解决。In strict accordance with national laws and regulations,the power industry management procedures and technical standards,energy metering management work is carried out.Energy metering technology agencies,equipment,personnel is managed comprehensively.Energy metering disputes treatment processes is rationalized in order to ultimately ensure the accuracy and reliability of energy measurement,and to ensure energy metering devices disputes to be effectively resolved.
