柔肝泻脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝血管内皮依赖性舒张功能障碍的干预作用

摘　　要：目的探讨柔肝泻脂方对非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能障碍的干预作用。方法将60例NAFLD合并血管内皮异常患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例予柔肝泻脂方治疗;对照组30例予血脂康胶囊口服治疗。3个月后观察2组治疗前后血管内皮依赖性舒张功能(FMD)变化。结果 2组治疗后FMD与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后FMD均优于治疗前;2组治疗后FMD比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组。结论柔肝泻脂方对NAFLD患者血管内皮依赖性舒张功能障碍有改善作用。Objective To investigate the effect of recipe with softening liver for purging fat on endothelium dependent dilation function disorder in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease（NAFLD）.Methods 60 patients with NAFLD and vascular endothelial dysfunction were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in treatment group were treated by recipe with softening liver for purging fat.30 cases in control group were treated by Xuezhikang capsule.The changes of endothelium dependent dilation（FMD） were observed after treatment of three months.Results FMD after treatment was superior to that before treatment in two groups（P0.05）.FMD after treatment in treatment group was superior to that in control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Recipe with softening liver for purging fat has improvement effect on endothelium dependent dilation function disorder in patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver.
