摘　　要：介绍了锌铬膜黑化工艺的研究与应用,锌铬膜黑化工艺有效地解决了传统锌铬膜涂覆黑色油漆层导致紧固件摩擦系数无法控制、平面间涂层不均匀的问题,同时该黑化工艺的膜层还具有比在锌铬膜层中掺杂黑色颜料工艺的膜层更好的耐蚀性能。The research and application of zinc-chromium film blackening technique were introduced in this paper. Compared with traditional zinc-chromium film with black paint coated technique, the zincchromium film blackening method has the advantage of film thickness uniformity and controllability of fastener＇s friction coefficient.
