摘　　要：抗原处理相关转运蛋白(TAP)是一类转运蛋白,在MHCⅠ类分子抗原呈递过程中有重要作用,负责抗原肽从胞质到内质网腔的转运。由于TAP基因具有多态性,改变机体的免疫应答,从而增加了个体对疾病的易感性;体内外多种因素可调节TAP的表达及活性,TAP基因突变、调节机制的缺陷均可导致其表达下调,有利于病毒感染细胞,肿瘤细胞逃避免疫监视,从而影响疾病的发生发展。The transporter associated with antigen processing（TAP）plays an important role in the presentation of major histocompatibility complex classⅠantigen by translocating intracellular antigenic peptides from the cytosol into the lumen of endoplasmic reticulum Because of TAP gene have polymorphisms,it change the immunological response of individual and increase the sensitivity for disease;further more,there are many factors in vivo and in vitro adjust the expression and activation of TAP,TAP gene mutation and the deficiency of regulatory mechanism make down regulation of expression.It is good for virus infective cells and tumor cells to escape the immune surveillance,consequently,all these factors affect on the occurrence and development of disease.
