复方斑蝥注射液在中西医结合治疗恶性肿瘤中的临床研究与应用进展

摘　　要：恶性肿瘤是危害人类健康和生命的严重疾病,中西医结合疗法成为研究热点之一。复方斑蝥注射液作为一种现代中药制剂,已经广泛应用于肿瘤的临床辅助治疗。该制剂配合放化疗可以明显提高放、化疗的疗效,同时降低放、化疗的不良反应,提高机体免疫力,改善患者的生存质量。现就该药近年来的临床研究与应用进展进行综述,为进一步的循证医学研究提供依据。Malignant tumour is one of the serious diseases,which threaten human′s health and life.Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine has become a research focus.As a modern Chinese traditional medicine preparation,compound cantharis injection（CCI）is widely used in cancer clinical assistant therapeutication.This preparation enhances curative effect of radio-chemotherapy and reduces the adverse reaction,while improving body immunity.So it can ameliorate quality of life for cancer patients.This treatise summarizes the research and application of CCI in recent years,furthermore provides the foundation for evidence-based medical review.
