对苯二甲酰基硫脲螯合树脂对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附性能

摘　　要：以对苯二甲酰基二异硫氰酸脂与多乙烯多胺为原料,制备了一种新型对苯二甲酰基硫脲螯合树脂(BTCR),采用静态吸附法研究了树脂对Cu(Ⅱ)的吸附容量。结果表明,在Cu(Ⅱ)初始浓度为0.05 mol/L,吸附时间为16 h,pH为4.5,吸附温度为45℃的条件下,树脂的吸附容量为0.725 mmol/g,吸附过程为液膜扩散控制过程,吸附数据符合Langmu ir吸附等温式,吸附过程为吸热过程。A novel benzenedicarbonyl thiourea chelating resin（BTCR） was obtained by the polyaddition of 1,4-benzenedi-carbonyl diisothiocyanate with polyethylene polyamine.The adsorption of the resin for Cu（Ⅱ） was investigated by batch test.Adsorption capacity was 0.725 mmol/g,when the initial concentration of Cu（Ⅱ） was 0.05 mol/L,the adsorption time was 16 h,pH was 4.5,and the adsorption temperature was 45 ℃.The adsorption was controlled by liquid film diffusion,the experimental data fitted Langmuir equation,and the adsorption was an endothermal process.
