摘 要:用D072型强酸性阳离子交换树脂负载Fe3+,制备用于合成乙酸苄酯的催化剂。结果表明,树脂负载Fe3+的条件为:Fe3+起始浓度为32.55 mmol/L,负载时间为3.0 min,负载温度为35.0℃,烘干温度为50.0℃。树脂催化合成乙酸苄酯的反应条件为:乙酸与苯甲醇的摩尔比为1∶1,催化剂用量为乙酸质量的15.0%,反应温度100℃,反应时间200 min,乙酸的转化率为67.10%,其催化活性比原树脂的催化活性提高了14.66%。The strong acid type ion exchange resin D072 loaded Fe3+ as a catalyst for synthesis of benzyl acetate was investigated.The conditions loading Fe3+ on the resin were:the initial concentration of Fe3+ was 32.55 mmol/L,the loading time was 3 min,the loading temperature was 35 ℃,the dying temperature was 50 ℃.Using the resin loaded Fe3+ as a catalyst for the synthesis of benzyl acetate,the molar ratio of benzyl alcohol to acetic acid was 1∶1,the quantity of the catalyst was 15% of initial acetic acid mass,the reaction temperature was 100 ℃,the reaction time was 200 min,the conversion of acetic acid was 67.10%.The catalytic activity of the resin loaded Fe3+ increased by 14.46% comparing unload one.
