高稳定性硅油乳液的制备研究

摘　　要：以2 000 mPa.s的二甲基硅油为主要原料,研究了乳化剂配方的选择、硅油乳液制备的条件,考察了乳化剂用量、乳化时间、乳化温度和搅拌速度等因素。结果表明,最佳乳化条件为:乳化剂用量为7%,乳化温度70℃,乳化时间30 min,搅拌速度800 r/min,乳化水分2次加入,乳化时间分别为10 min和20 min。制备的固含量约为40%的硅油乳液,稳定性和分散性好。The silicone oil emulsion was prepared by using dimethicone with viscosity of 2 000 mPa·s as the main material.The formulation of the silicone oil emulsifier was investigated,and the preparation conditions of silicone oil emulsion were discussed,such as the amount of the emulsifier,the emulsification time,temperature,stirring speed and so on.The optimal conditions were identified that emulsifier amount 7%,emulsification temperature 70 ℃,emulsification time 30 min,stirring speed 800 r/min,adding emulsification water twice,each emulsifying time after adding was 10 min and 20 min.The silicone oil emulsion with 40% silicone oil content was prepared and has good stability and dispersion.
