摘　　要：核电用40NCD7.03材质大螺栓综合力学性能要求非常高,采用常规工艺进行热处理后冲击性能不能满足技术要求。采用改进后的工艺进行热处理后,产品综合力学性能大幅提高,完全满足技术要求。The 40NCD7.03 big bolts used for nuclear power requires very high mechanical properties,heat treatment using conventional technology,its mechanical properties can not meet the technical requirements.Using improved treatment technology,the mechanical properties greatly increase and fully meet the technical requirements.
