摘 要:铣削力对刀具变形、工件变形、刀具寿命、加工表面质量均有重要影响,是计算切削功率,设计和使用机床、刀具、夹具和优化加工工艺不可缺少的依据,并直接影响切削热的产生。由于缺乏精确的切削力信息,在生产车间实际加工中通常采用较保守的加工条件,致使加工效率降低和生产成本提高。因此建立可靠的切削力预报模型,在实际加工之前预测出切削力对合理选择切削用量、刀具几何参数、优化数控程序等均具有重要意义。本研究分为两部分:其中PartⅠ建立了平头立铣刀的机械力学模型,该模型将切削力的剪切效应与犁切效应明确分开,提高了切削力预测精度,PartⅠI部分应用该模型研究了刀具几何(包括螺旋角、刀具刃数)对铣削力的影响。通过钛合金TC11的铣削实验对该模型进行了验证,结果表明,实测铣削力与预测值吻合较好。Milling force has important effects on the deformation of cutters and work-piece,tool life and the machined surface quality.It is also the key basis for the calculation of cutting power,design and application of maching tools as well as cutting tools,holders and cutting process optimization.Cutting force has an immediate impact on the generation of cutting heat.Conservative processing conditions often decrease machining efficiency and raise production costs in the practical machining due to the lacking the accurate knowledge of cutting force.Hence,a reliable milling force predicting modeling has an important significance for predicting milling force,properly selecting cutting parameters,cutter geometry,optimizing the NC programs.This research includes two parts.Part I presents a mathematical model for predicting cutting force of cylindrical milling cutters.In this model,the shearing effect and ploughing effect separately yet simultaneously are presented,which improve the predicting accuracy.This study also deals with the effect of cutter geometry parameters such as helix angle and number of teeth on milling force.The model is validated through milling experiments of TC11 titanium alloy.The experimental results are coincident with the simulation ones well.
