摘　　要：超数排卵胚胎移植(MOET)技术可以迅速扩繁优良畜种,本试验采用CIDR+FSH+PG方法对经产的绒山羊进行超数排卵胚胎移植,发情羊用产绒量在1kg以上的公羊配种,配种后6d手术法从子宫角冲出桑葚胚,将优质胚胎再经手术移回同期发情的受体羊子宫角内"借腹怀胎",用B超仪进行早期妊娠诊断。结果表明:10只供体绒山羊超排,1只未收集到胚胎,9只共采到153枚胚胎,超排有效率为90%,平均采胚数为17.0枚(按照9只供体计算,下同);移植受体60只,35～45dB超检查,33只妊娠,27只未孕,妊娠率为55%。In order to study the appropriate technology of superovulation and embryo transfer of nanjiang cashmere goats.This study uses the CIDR＋FSH＋PG method to treatment donors which is the multiparous nanjiang cashmere goats,the embryos of the sixth day following ram mating were collected by a surgical method and were based on morphological evaluation of developmental stage and quality,and then transfer embryo to the receptor estrus uterine horn sheep ＂by abdominal pregnancy＂,with the B-device for diagnosis of early pregnancy.The results showed that：there is 9 cashmere goats superovulation reaction,153 embryos were collected,the effective rate of 90%of superovulation,the average number of embryos collected was 17.0 （accordance with 9 ashmere goats,the same）;60 recipients were transplanted,33 cashmere goats was pregnant by B-ultrasound During the period 35-40 days,27 not pregnant,the pregnancy rate was 55%.
