摘 要:精馏塔多操作参数综合优化对化工生产是至关重要的.利用响应面优化法(Response Surface Methodology,RSM),与流程模拟相结合用于复杂精馏塔多操作参数的综合优化.以发酵法生产丙酮-乙醇-丁醇(ABE)工艺流程中的丙酮塔为例,先利用流程模拟软件PRO/Ⅱ对丙酮塔4个进料位置做单参数模拟计算,根据单参数模拟结果,以塔顶产物中含水量最小为优化目标,利用响应面优化法中的中心组合试验设计(Central Composite Design,CCD),对该塔的3个进料位置进行综合优化,建立了该精馏塔的最优化数学模型,并对模型进行了实验验证.结果表明:所建立的数学模型能很好的描述该精馏塔进料位置对塔顶含水量的影响;RSM与流程模拟相结合对精馏塔多操作参数优化能够得到满意结果,对复杂精馏系统多参数优化提供了参考.It is very important for chemical production on comprehensive optimization of distillation column operation parameters.Response surface methodology(RSM) was used to combine with process simulation for complex optimization on distillation column operation parameters.Case of acetone column which used in the process of acetone-butanol-ethanol(ABE) distillation by fermentation,first,single-parameter process simulation of the four feed locations were done by the software PRO/II,then,according to the results of single-parameter simulation,comprehensive optimization of the feed locations was done using response surface optimization method—central composite design(CCD),the minimum water content on the top as the target.The best optimized mathematical model was established and the result was verified by experiment.It is showed that the mathematical model can describe the relationship of the feed location and the water content well.Combined with RSM and the process simulation,satisfactory result can be obtained.It was a reference for operating parameters optimization of distillation system.
