摘  要:天然法生产的润滑级二硫化钼,其中含有的碳既降低了产品的纯度,又影响了产品的使用性能。本文在分析二硫化钼中碳来源的基础上,提出对二硫化钼的原料———辉钼精矿进行高温预处理,并考察了氮气流量、温度、时间等因素对辉钼精矿中碳含量的影响,用经氮气高温处理的辉钼精矿制备的润滑级二硫化钼,其碳含量可降低30%,二硫化钼纯度可提高0.3%。Carbon contained in the lubricating grade molybdenum disulfide prepared with natural method, not only reduces product purity, but also affects the usability . Based on the analysis of carbon source, the method of pretreating molybdenum concentrates which is the raw materials of molybdenum disulfide at high temperature was put forward. The effect of nitrogen flow rate, temperature and time in the carbon content of molybdenum concentrates was inspected. The lubricating grade molybdenum disulfide was prepared by molybdenum concentrates treated in high temperature with nitrogen, which can reduce 30% carbon content. The purity of molybdenum disulfide can increase by 0.3 %.
