摘  要:研究了料液比、时间、温度、功率4个因素对超声提取玛咖生物碱的影响,并通过正交试验确定了其最佳提取条件。结果表明,各因素对提取结果的影响主次顺序为料液比>温度>功率>时间,其最佳提取条件为料液比1∶40,时间30 min,温度70℃,功率200 W。在此条件下测得玛咖总生物碱含量约为5.0‰。Ultrasonic-assisted extraction was applied to extract alkaloids from Maca.The factors that influenced the extraction,such as ratio of solid to liquid,time,temperature and ultrasonic power were investigated and the optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were obtained through the orthogonal experimental design.The results showed that influencing factors of ultrasonic extraction arranged in order were as follows: ratio of solid to liqaid temperature ultrasonic powe time.The content of total alkaliods in Maca was 5.0‰ under the optimum extracting conditions: ratio of solid to liquid 1∶40,time 30 min,temperature 70℃,ultrasonic power 200 W.
