摘 要:2009年4~6月,用活体观察法和直接计数法对汉江汉中段水体浮游植物进行研究,共鉴定出浮游植物5门25属44种(包括2个未定名种),其中硅藻种类数最多,其次是绿藻、裸藻、甲藻,蓝藻最少。优势种为意大利直链藻(Melosira italica),克洛脆杆藻(Fragilaria crotomensis),尖针杆藻(Synedra acus),简单舟形藻(Navicula simplex),放射舟形藻(Navicula radiosa),小球衣藻(Chamydomonas microsphaera),环丝藻(Ulothrix zonata),刺鱼状裸藻(Euglena gasterosteus)。浮游植物平均个体密度为8.74×105 Ind/L。从浮游植物各类群数量来看,硅藻门(Diatoms)数量最多,绿藻门(Chlorophyta)次之,甲藻门(Dinoflagellate)最少。运用污染指示种、污染指示群落和多样性指数对汉江汉中段水质进行评价,结果表明该水体水质为β-中污型。The study on phytoplankton was carried out in Hanzhong section of Hanjiang river during April to June,2009.The results of live observation and direct counting method showed that a total of 44 species including 2 unnamed species were identified,belonging to 5 orders and 25 genera.Diatoms was the dominant group,Chlorophyta,Euglena,dinoflagellate were subdominant groups,while Cyanophyta was the least.Dominant species were Melosira italica,Fragilaria crotomensis,Synedra acus,Navicula simplex,Navicula radiosa,Chamydomonas microsphaera,Ulothrix zonata and Euglena gasterosteus.The mean density of cells calculated from the test results was 8.74 × 105 Ind/L.The respect of cell density,Diatoms counts the most,with Chlorophyta coming the second.Dinoflagellate had the least cell density.Water quality was assessed using saprobie indicator,saprobie indication community and species diversity.The results showed that this area belongs to β-mesosaprobic zone.
