1-苯氧基乙酰基-4-(邻硝基苯甲酰基)氨基硫脲及其相关杂环化合物的合成研究  

Synthesis of 1 Aryloxyacetyl 4 (2 nitrobenzoyl) thiosemicarbazides and Related Heterocyclic Compounds

摘　　要：Ten new 1 aryloxyacetyl 4 (2 nitrobenzoyl) thiosemicarbazides(Ⅲ) were synthesized under the condition of solid liquid phase transfer catalysis, and compounds Ⅲ on further reaction with acetic acid gives ten 2 (2 nitrobenzoylamido) 5 aryloxymethyl 1,3,4 thiadiazoles(Ⅳ). Compounds Ⅲ and Ⅳ were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and 1H NMR.
